FISHING
Maximum 6 guests
Fishing in Bristol Bay revolves around the world’s largest salmon run, and the food source and nutrients that the salmon bring to the ecosystem. Due to this increased food source, the rainbow trout fishing in this area is widely known as some of the best in the world. The pristine wilderness of Katmai National Park and Becharof Wildlife Refuge create an ideal environment for a diverse range of fishing opportunities. While we specialize in fly fishing for native rainbow trout, we are also passionate about our opportunities to fish for Arctic Grayling, Dolly Varden, and Northern Pike.
Our prime location within Katmai National Park, combined with our ability to fly to nearby fishing spots and our unmatched flexibility, allows us to take advantage of peak fishing times across the various rivers in the area. Visit our Fishing Seasons page for more information on species, tactics, and what to expect during each month.
With years of experience guiding the rivers of Bristol Bay, we prioritize sustainable fishing practices, including catch and release using only barbless hooks. We believe this is a crucial aspect of our work. Our mission is to offer a quality fishing experience for our guests while safeguarding the fish and the rivers that give meaning to our work.
Whether it's your first fishing trip or you are a seasoned Alaskan angler, the pristine waters of the Bristol Bay region are waiting for you.
